I do not believe that manifold can be plugged
tbone is correct. That manifold cannot be plugged. The plug, in your hand in the picture, is the plug that fits into the Dive rite/Sea Elite/Scubapro and so on. You can buy the 7/8UNF valves at one of the big mail order companies ( sorry, forgot which one ) and that will solve your problem. A valve costs more than a plug, but in your case, you don't have any options, unfortunately!!
John at Northeast Scuba Supply used to have left and right OMS valves. I bought some quite some time ago and may have gotten the last of them and don't have any spares. I hope you come up with something. Those old HP100s are great little tanks for bailout and sidemount diving.
Well that sucks about the not being able to be plugged at all. I'll have to order some new valves. Dive gear Express does not carry 7/8 thread size. I'll have to try and look somewhere else. Thanks for all your help!

If you use your imagination and have a decent skill set you can overcome this issue.
