Enjoy in the prescribed way. Which isn't really enjoyment.

E.g. The ban on BASE jumping in Yosemite.

That doesn't damage the area in the slightest. But it's banned because people don't like it. Sure they say it's too dangerous and selfish etc, but this is just justification after the fact that they just don't want people doing it.

This is just like the drone situation. People don't like it and y'all coming up with crap reasons to justify it.

As for the making fun thing...it was a genuine observation! But Id honestly rather live over there than here...

I was just screwing with you.

I get it. Our kitesurfing spots are getting turned into parks and we're being told we cant go back.

I get both sides of the argument. Certain things annoy me. A quadcopter annoying wildlife is one of them.

The problem is that anytime someone sees a Quad flying; it is Automatically Spying, Peeping, Photographing your wife in her under things, Etc, Etc, Etc. The police are called the neighborhood is in an uproar and the simple test flight is on the evening news.........Because the media hype on this. Fact: not every R/C aircraft is equipped with a camera, Fact: Not every R/C Aircraft is autonomous GPS enabled death machine. Most are just foam or wood models flown for the fun of it, but as anything Some Stick up their Butt decides what you are doing ......HARMING no one.... is wrong, dangerous, loud, just not right....in some way.... You need to stop.. When it should be if you don't like it YOU go away. It's like the Guy that moves in next to the 50 year old airport and complains about planes flying over his house.

Fighter jets fly over our house daily - at an altitude of about 200'. You know what we call it? The sound of freedom!

I grew up on and around military bases. My highschool must have been on the flight path of Ramstein AFB. Sonic booms were not uncommon. Darn I miss the sound of jets overhead!!
