For my finders fee, I simply want drive up access to the spring for a buddy and myself twice a year. Oh, and to be able to dive it!

Maybe the NSS-CDS could offer to buy an easement, covenant, (or whatever - I don't really know how these things work) to allow access to the spring instead of buying the whole property.

Thats just when it was listed. The 151k was an estimate of land value I believe.

The may have also had an appraisal before listing

Suwannee River Water Management District has eminent domain over the property. It is completely land locked by SRWMD property and the county will not authorize any building permits for this site. Over the years I have discussed this property with county and district officials. It has been a priority property for obtaining for at least 10 years.
