ISO -- OMS end caps V112 _or_ mirrored pair of DIN valves

I'm looking for two OMS end caps--part number V112-- for a doubles manifold. I want to remove the isolator valve and create a mirrored set of valves for sidemount diving.

Alternatively, I'm also looking for a mirrored pair of valves (must be DIN, preferably convertible) that will fit a 7/8 UNF thread.
