Default New GUE Project in Mallorca?

Does anyone know something about this new GUE project? There have been pictures popping up on facebook the last couple of days but I can't find any info on what this project is about. I'd love to know how they got the keys and permission to dive since I can't seem to get either keys or permission.
Also, apparently GUE divers are allowed to use sidemount in a 'gue project'. What's up with that?

I know that hardly any of the forum members dive in Europe but maybe some GUE people know about this. And why is this considered a project and not tourist fun diving?

gue divers are 'allowed' to do whatever they want. there's no scuba boss after your GUE class

That's the first time I hear that sidemount divers are allowed in GUE projects. I know that you can dive what you want 'privately' but in a 'GUE Project'. That's gotta be new, no?

People say that alot but it doesn't really mean anything. Who says what's the right tool?

But anyway, the sidemount thing was just a side note. What makes this a project? That's what I really wanna know.

A concerted effort made to bring together divers with the intent of documentation.

The people doing the scuba diving. Or in a project, whoever holds the permit I would imagine

I know a GUE instructor that is using SM bailout with his ccr during certain dives. Nobody cares.

I get that that. I know what a project is, but what makes it a GUE project? Just documenting could be anything though.

The thing is: I'm not allowed to dive there anymore because I can't get permission to dive these days, which really sucks.
So, if I sign up for a GUE membership and get a few other people, could I also do a 'GUE project'? I assume that's what got them the permission and I want one too. Who get's to start a GUE project.
