Hey all, Thank you for your good thoughts and ideas! It really helps to know people care.
CEE has camera's, one at the tanks and one in the main part of the building. Anyone taking anything large would have to get past them. I don't think they will. The items that were taken were small enough to go in a pocket and on a display I use to advertise the museum. Now I know better. I would like to get a couple more displays. Money would work too...
It's costing me about $100 a month to pay our little bills and I buy all the new (old) gear and books. We don't seem to be getting very many donations of gear lately. Anything will help. Photos are cool also. We have quite a few maps but I can't figure out how to display them without them getting damaged.

I checked on it and it's not working. Your right. It's been over a year since anyone used it so it may have just been closed automaticly. Until I do get it up you can send a check to Cave Diving Museum and Library, 1435 SW Spirit Ave, Fort White, Florida 32038. I'll send you a letter stating that you gave us the money so you can get a tax deduction. I'll get the paypal thing going again as soon as I can. I'll have to work on it this weekend.

Thank you! I'll get paypal going ASAP. It took some time when I originally set it up. They want copies of the non profit papers. Life just seems to make more hoops to jump through sometimes.
Good new is Forrest can replace his reel. The little grey plastic one from Ruth Springs that has Hinkle on it is irreplaceable.
I think our pocket thief must of gotten interrupted, some of the arrows that were left were one of a kind hand made ones. I am so glad they were left! One arrow that was taken was the one Bill Main gave me as my "prize' for getting Hart reopened. He lives just down the road, I bet if I threaten him with plastic eating rodents he will give me another one. (OK, bad Bill joke)
Take care all. Lock those cars. Cindy

How about between two pieces of plexiglass? Or one piece of plexi screwed to the wall over them?

I will drop a donation in the next time I am down (unless you get the paypal working before that).

Our Board of Directors would like to give our thanks to Philip Craiger who bought us a locking metal donation box and Celia for her donation! Tom Hundley brought more gear to display.

Thank you for the donation to Jennifer Creel. If anyone donates who does not want to be thanked publicly just let me know..
