I have been using Amigos for a while and I have never found a nicer of more helpful guy. Sorry to hear that some people are being less then honest. I would hate to see the 24/7 hours go away because some people are jerks. Nice to know that people are willing to rip off a guy for a few bucks when he is doing a service to our sport and just make a living.

Theres a few in every crowd.I should hope that Wayne has a survelance camera recording your license plate and other goings on,especially when he's not there.Stealing air is one thing, but there are other items that might tempt someone dishonest.I have no problem with him tapeing my activity there.Being labeled a thief among cavers would go over like a fart in the churchhouse, and should be made public.Im pretty good at sizeing people up and could tell Wayne is one I could consider a friend.Glad to hear only good things about his service to divers.

Wayne is a great guy and my hat is off to him for the service he provides both when he is there and when he isn't !!! Wayne and I have a running joke as to who will get the earliest fills. I have been by there several times in the wee hours of the morning for fills. It is definitely a convenience that I don't want to loose.

I really hope Wayne can keep things running smoothly without getting ripped off by some low life scumbag piece of sh*t who wants to ruin it for us all. I can remember when Bill @ Cave Excursions used the honor system, I just hope Wayne has better luck......

I just had a very affordable video recorder set up in my office... 4 cameras that record 4 days of data...

If the drive aways become a problem, I can show Wayne how do set this up on the cheap!!!

Mmmm... Skyline. I've gone WAY out of my way to find a Skyline in FL on a few occasions, but so far they've never lived up to what I used to get regularly in Dayton and Cincy. There is something just different about it here... like a small variation in the ingredients giving it a somewhat harsh taste. I hate to say it, but FL Skyline reminded me of Gold Star.

Oh, well... At least our cave diving's better.

    Hi Forrest!

Gold Star and Skyline are Cincinnati Chili restaurant chains. Gold Star is Lebanese in origin; Skyline is Greek. There IS and always will be, I am sure, a good natured rivalry between the two chains and the patrons thereof.

Cincinnati style chili is a nisnomer. It's not chili as the rest of the country knows it...... It's basically a loose meat soup, full of all kinds of spices according to rumor.....allspice, cinnamon, even chocolate that is ladled over spagetti and topped with mild shredded cheddar cheese for a 3-way; spagetti, chili, raw chopped onions and cheese for a 4-way; and spagetti, chili, onions, warm red kidney beans, and cheese for a 5-way.

YUMMY! Nothing warms you up after a cold dive in the quarry like a plate of Skyline Chili!!

There used to be a skyline chili on University Drive in Fort Lauderdale. It was between Oakland park and commercial Blvd. They had incredible food, and if I remember correctly, the chili had nutmeg in it.

the post feast offgassing was deadly though.....

I just ate dinner, and you made me hungry all over again. I have never been able to describe it as well as you just did. I'm personally a fan of the Cheese Coneys though. Mmmhhhmmm.

Oh, and I got into Skyline in Tampa when I used to live there, but I have it every fall when I go up to Oxford, Ohio for a fraternity trip. I have to admit, it does taste a little different

I met Wayne a while back but just stopped over at the shop for the first time today. Very impressive! He spent about a 1/2 hour showing me the fill station and explaining the mixing stick. If I had 3 grand extra laying around, I would have bought one of those thing today!
