what about the Draeger rebreather any idea what model it is that the Spec Ops use? How does it differ from the civilian model?

It'd be helpful if you gave some background information as to training and experience level.
Additionally, like Mike's signature says, you ask opinions of 10 different people and you'll get 10 different answers...so take everything with a grain of salt and do a lot of research.

If money is no object a hooka system is a good set up. Just watch out for the locals--they'll use the compressor float to ice their beer down. You risk a toxic but great tasting drag at the opposite end of the hose!!
DICK diving is coming out with some specialist equipment soon. There will be clay sculpting utensils, rock carving knives and finger painting molds in Portuguese and English.
