This is how it should happen:
Defense counsel: Ms. Skiles, can you show us your late husband's C-card, or some other evidence that he was properly trained?
Ms. Skiles: I don't have any; Wes was never trained to use an O2ptima.
Judge: Case dismissed.
Whoever said money can't buy love never bought a puppy.
thanks Forrest..... i would think that there alot of you here on the forum could be used to help out the defense team......

if you didn't have the ability to take manufacturers to court you'd have fuel tanks that exploded in low speed collisions, thalidomide in vaccines, toys that can choke your kids, SUV's that are rollover prone, Toyota's with runaway acceleration, Vioxx that caused heart attacks, Fentanyl pain patches that cause overdoses. I could go on. Let justice work it's course. Whoever prevails will have done so because their qualified experts will have persuaded an impartial jury that their version of the facts is more likely than not. It is in no one's interest, certainly not those of you choosing to put your life on the line in relying on a rebreather to limit the consumers access to the courts. The system works, it isn't broken and it doesn't need fixing IMHO.
