They might have been someone other than a cave diver, OW, or just a kid that thought they looked cool.

Maybe they threw them away as garbage since they were left behind. Who knows? Keep track of your crap and ask Karma to help when appropriate. I have 100's of condom catheters saved for the guys that "lost" them....and zip tie ends, too.
