I talked with Margaret at Madison today, and we will defintiely be at Madison for the clean-up on April 18. It will be a half day of work followed by a BBQ(need a volunteer to cook burgers and dogs) and some door prizes. Conditions permitting, you will have time to enjoy the spring afterwards.
Although the list of projects is not yet finalized, it will include:
1. Removal of old posts,
2. Demolition of a small shed,
3. Installation of new grills (which we can test afterwards),
4. Relocating some picnic tables from the pavillions and replacing them with handicapped accessible picnic tables,
5. Some minor electrical work in the bath house, and
6. Removal of some trees that have been cut down.
Also, if we have enough volunteers and we can get the supplies, we may perform some maintenance of the stairs with some crushed limestone (Russell, you're welcome!)
If you can help, send me a pm, answer here, or contact me at sandynfsa@gmail.com or pr@nationalassociationforcavediving.org

Planning to be there.
John
Thanks John, we have much appreciated your participation over the last 5 years.
We have 13 confirmed and 3 maybes so far. I appreciate the great response after day one! In the past, we have had up to 30 and more. Hope to do the same this year so we have enough person power for the steps (for Russell Edge)

I don't get it.
Whoever said money can't buy love never bought a puppy.
Russell, I thought one time you had asked about something other than dirt on the steps leading from the parking lot to the Madison Springs deck.
Safe diving,
Sandy Robinson
Okay, I get it. You're talking about the steps on the path down to the deck, not the steps into the water.
