We dove Alachua sink Sunday. The headpool was reasonably clear, over 10'. I have seen it only 2'. It was a little cool in the headpool, but got warmer once in the cave. The visibility was around 50', which is as good as it has been lately. It is the first time I have been able to see across the first big room. Average depth upstream is around 150', with one spot around 180'. We had a great dive!
With everything so many places closed, it is a good alternative to the crowds at Ginnie. You do have to get a guide, but there is no charge. This link is a list of Alachua guides: http://www.nsscds.org/node/330
