Steve has always been excellent to deal with even on busy times.
My experience has been awesome to the point of sending many his way.
He has been very accommodating often getting my repairs done early.

Steve has always let me know up front how long to expect for the repairs and has always beat his date by at least a day or two. Many times he has been able to help me out with an impossible schedule and has gained my business and trust forever. Maybe since i live reasonable local and do not always have to ship my suit helps, but Steve is still the go-to-man for suit repairs.

Steve is an excellent guy. I had 2 incidents with my my drysuit in the last 2 years, 1 wrist seal and 1 neck seal. I called Steve and he had me bring the suit to him around 6pm and he had it ready to go at 8am the neck morning, both times. Reasonable prices and fast turn around times make for an excellent business man.

Don't feel bad, he hates my suit too. I've had my DC Neo-Z POS back up suit in his shop twice. It always comes back to me dry, but the quality of the neoprene is crap and that's no secret.
Steve's always the first one I think of when a suit needs repairs or mods.

Well, I just got back today from doing an 'air drop' of 3 dry suits for him to repair. He gladly met us at the Gainesville airport.

    You the man Steve! Thanks!

Thanks Steve for taking care of the wrist seals.

And thank you, TJ, for keeping the photo above waist level.
