Is their any active research by people with scientific research backgrounds or at least college science degrees?

For the others that did not get the same information. We have engaged with Atkins North America http://northamerica.atkinsglobal.com/ to provide third party consulting and validation in the environmental sections of a proposed project. They are mentioned in the proposal and would like to engage in our other projects in Texas and Florida.
