In 108s and a drysuit, I'm trimmed out and weighted just right for a nice, long dive. Crossing up the combos doesn't work too well (108s too heavy with the wet suit, 85s too light with the drysuit).
Agreed. I plan to try multiple different tanks during and after Edd's class. So many people love their 85s due to trim so much and really don't see an issue with less gas that it makes me question if my 104s are a help or a hindrance. I love their trim but wonder if I threw a set of 85s or 100s on my back if I'd actually see more cave with less weight and drag.

Dive with Edd and you'l have to add HP 100's to your planning. I like HP tanks because sometimes I end up getting fills at other than cave shops, and not everyone will fill a LP tank to 3600

Is that his preference? Luckily I already have 85s and HP100s I was bringing with us, but made the assumption he'd probably be recommeding 95s. I think the 100s will likely work well for my girlfriend. She's short and very thin and I think the shorter length of Worthington HP100s may be an aid.

Edd uses hp100's most of the time and worth108's for trimix stuff. I use the exact same. I see more cave on hp100's than I previously did with faber 95's.

Kind of my thoughts as far as the 104s. You mean I may actually not have to buy more gear for once?
