    Creating a web site is nothing, install a wordpress engine, have folks populate, and you're all done. Total cost about $10 per year.
    However why not just go to their own site at
    http://action.biologicaldiversity.or...ction_KEY=9588
    and change the letter(first form field) to SUPPORT diving the spring if that's your opinion.

    I wouldn't do that. Looks like the Subject line is hard coded... and is most likely as far as anyone will read the email anyways.
