I would like to welcome and thank Steve Harbin for taking on the Exhibitor Coordinator position. Steve has hit the ground running and I am sure we will have a great turnout of exhibitors for this years workshop.
There are two positions still open for the workshop:
Co Chair which will be the 2013 Chair. The focus of this position is to learn what is involved in managing the workshop. I will be advising the Co Chair for next years workshop and I am putting together an extensive file to make the position easier to manage. 95% of this position is phone and internet based so living in NFL is not needed. The earlier someone comes on board the more they will know for next years workshop.
Venue Coordinator: This position works on facilitating the venue needs such as Table & chair rental, setting up local hotel support, etc. A good portion of the leg work is already done making this position easier to handle. Most of the work can be done over the phone or internet and does not require someone local. I live in Jacksonville and there are plenty of people local that can do any face to face that may be needed.
