I have that feeling up an "upwelling" quite often as a result of seasickness, luckily it disappears as soon as I hit the water.

Yep, but thankfully I had just installed my Shrimp BOV. I flipped the switch and went to OC, puked, shook the puke out, purged, and went back on CC. Probably because it was the first time I had ate McDonald's in a few years, right before the dive.

Well, I did laugh so hard that a expelled a few green peas through my nose when Leon told me how much he wanted for a new Meg. Does that count?

I can't even imagine puking using my rebreather...my god. Hopefully I'd have enough warning to bailout and puke instead of into the loop. Ugh.

Everyone spends the first nine months of life in water. The lucky ones make frequent return visits.

I knew it was coming. Prepped my O2 cylinder and finished out OC with the occasional cloud of puke billowing around me.

And you felt safe, just to switch back to the loop?
I would be afraid some of the stuff is gonna get in the loop ...
