So does this mean if your approved for Emerald you are approved for Clearcut or do we need to get the new forms and do over?

so you DO need trimix for clearcut? I thought it was a much shallower section of the system?
So, you're willing to dive in violation of the established policies that have been implemented by a committee of cave divers and park officials.
And then, you expect this same group to listen to your demands to open other systems?
This committee has worked hard for several years to get Emerald and now Clearcut open to qualified divers. It will only take someone like you, a 1%'er to get it all shut down again.
Personally, I will report violations of policy that I witness.
Actually, he would only be in violation of the National Forest signage and rules, which has nothing to do with a committee of cave divers. EBWSSP and the Emerald committee have no say over what goes on in Apalachicola National Forest property(ingress and egress at Cream Sink).
...but its stil wrong.
I'm not going to argue, those signs were up a while ago and people still dove there as rumor stated no one was enforcing anything. A team placed gold line in the cave over the summer too, not sure if signs were up then or not. I don't sneak dive, I go during the day and make no attempts to "sneak" anything. Usually I see bill either coming or going. It's not a secret that people dive there. If I have to appeal to a committee to dive somewhere it might as well be closed...

It's my understanding, a scooter in Clearcut, or any state park with the exception of Manatee, is in violation of the parks policy. Diving in these systems is a privilege, not a right, (Natl. Forest included) and failing to follow the rules set forth by these agencies will only serve to further limit or preclude diving for everyone.
