    Default Cow 10/5/19

First time my buddy and I dove Cow, what a beautiful and fun cave.
Once inside the water was very clear, temp was a brisk 67 degrees and flow was minimal.
There is a thick pull rope that has a lot of slack and could probably use some attention.
My 1st time diving Cow so can't say if this is typical for this system but I can't imagine it gets much better.

When the flow is up the rope will not be slack.

Kinda low temp for Cow? i recall 71F. Although there are caves along the river where some sections drop to 64F.

I was the one maintaining the pull rope. I don't dive anymore, so someone else needs to take over that job.

I was in there a couple weeks ago and it seemed fine and normal to me.

Hour dive. 71 degrees. Clear with minimal flow. The rope is a little slack in one area. Can not see where it is off a wrap or anything. No chance of it coming loose. One area the rope was starting to become a little worn but not like it is going to break. Enjoyable dive!

It's hard to imagine a cave diving world without you Forrest being an active diver. I hadn't heard you had stopped and I'm sorry to hear it.
The doctor finally said I could return to diving in some capacity after I do a stress test. I plan on writing something up on it all once I can get back in to the water.
