I would not call the flow as minimal. Maybe lower than average, whatever that would be. Peacock has what I would call minimal flow, when you only realize that was some flow going in while on the way back. It took me 68 minutes to the EOL and only 35 back to deco. Granted, I dive slower than many but 68 minutes in Peacock would put me way past Challenge from P1. And the tow rope is slack if you don?t pull, it was pretty tight for me 😊
68 minutes from p1 peanut side to past challenge is slow? That would be on the faster pace for my team.
Peacocks an evil mistress. Theres days where on the way in I?m thinking I must be more tired then I realize because I feel like I?m working harder than I should. Then you turn around and realize, oh its a little flowy today.

Cow usually has a lot more flow than it does at the moment, but it can be extremely variable. I have been in there when there was zero flow, when it was slightly siphoning, and when we were pulling along the rope flapping like flags in a gale. The latter is much more usual than the former.
Last time I did challenge to P1 it took me 57 minutes. For about 2600 ft of cave with minimal flow, less than the standard 50 ft/min speed. The whole grand traverse takes about 90 minutes, give or take.
Anyway, my point was about how much faster was coming out with the flow from behind, not the time it took me to get there.
