FOR SALE- Poseidon Regulators

I bought these regs used a year ago and have yet to use them. 1st stage seems to work but there is a hiss/leak from the 2nd stage, sometimes it goes away. As with any used gear, I recommend they be inspected and serviced by a qualified technician before use.

1. Poseidon 2305 1st Stage- $40.00 obo, plus shipping
Older model Poseidon regulator. Comes with 1-HP adapter and 1-LP adapter to fit standard hoses that are made today. Some nicks and scratches that can be seen in the pictures from years of use. Also scratch marks on the body from improper wrench use.

2. Poseidon Jetstream 2nd stage. - $50.00 obo, plus shipping
Normal wear and tear for a reg that has many years of use. Currently has a light hiss/leak when hooked up to a tank on land, sometimes it goes away. Not sure of the cause. It needs to be inspected before diving.

The Jetstream / Odin is a good 2nd stage but the 1st stage pictured was never meant to be paired with it. They were made for the Cyklon. The old 1st you have I wouldn't trust for anything but dry suit inflation. (Intermediate pressure increases at low tank pressure.)

It may be true that the 2980 was never paired with a jetstream 2nd stage, but that may be more about timing because the newer 2940 was part of the Thor reg package and commonly used the yellow bodied jetstream 2nd.

And as far as usefulness..

They seemed to be good enough for one certain British diver who was a big part of rescuing some young soccer players in Thailand.

Appreciate the info. These were a spur of the moment purchase without doing much research on my part. I figure if I haven't used it in a year I probably don't need it.

I'll include shipping within the US for the prices listed even if only buying one stage. I'll also consider other offers.
