Nice report. With the heavy flow is it typically blown when other systems like Telford are blown or does it stay clear longer?

Since it is right on the edge of the river, it will go under and reverse fairly easily. Once the Suwannee River rises above 31 feet at the gauge near Suwannee River State park Lineater will typically reverse. Then as the river falls back down to the 30 ft range Lineater will be blowing like crazy with about 10 ft vis for 4 to 5 weeks. I once tried to dive it in those conditions with Cindy Butler. The current was so strong that by the time we made a 300 ft penetration we hit 1/3rds. I suspect it will be sometime in April before it's diveable again, that is if the river continues to drop and we don't get too much rain. Today when I checked the gauge, the river was at 39.3 ft. Still a ways to go yet.
