Sea Elite manifold
Just converted another set of doubles to Side Mount.
Have a "left over" manifold. I am pretty sure it is a Sea Elite but no markings on it.
I used it the last 2-3years for Trimix, and only did these dive 1-2 times a year.
Make me any offer. I have no use for it and it will gather dust.

What you have is an ISOLATION VALVE not a manifold.

...and I wouldn't call an independant set of doubles a non-crossover, non-isolator valved set of manifolded doubles.

BTW, that manifold picture you posted in the other thread is about as far from reality as I have ever seen
What Putzer has is called a "crossbar w/Isolation Valve".
From the DiveRite catalog:
DR-VA3009-180 DR Crossbar w/Isolation Valve, standard 180mm
and yes, there are crossbars without isolation valves.
