    Default new drysuit?

My 905 bite the dust. I'm looking at a Bare Trilam HD tech does any one have any experiences? I was thinking about a nex gen pro but it might not take to wreck diving very well.

PM me with height, weight, etc. I have one I would like to sell.

Bought it around three years ago but only maybe a dozen dives on it. Like new condition but the wrist seals are shot. I know..that sounds a little weird since I said "like new". The latex wrist seals got sticky while in storage so I cut them back to get rid of the bad latex. Neoprene neck seal is fine. I had DUI turbo sole boots put on after the first dive, hated the "mook boots".

With the exception of the wrist seals, the suit really is pristine.

Anybody interested, I'll shoot some photos and make a hell of a deal...been hanging up in the closet for 3 years

It's bad luck to be superstitious.

I have that suit. Why are you worried about it on wrecks? It's been pretty strong so far - I punctured it once but that was when it got caught on a fence and I kept walking... and it was easy to repair. The elastic stuff to keep the middle in shape is awesome, really makes it fit well. I love it.

Of couse I also love my Santi...

Hello Jack I dive a Bare HD Tech Dry and it is tough as nails.
I have been inside some interesting wrecks with lots of metal and no leaks because of puncture or tears.
The only down side is the shipping time if you need factory service.
DO NOT GET THE ZIPPER POCKETS! They are way to difficult to open and close.

I have been thinking about the new SB system from Bare but it is very new so I have not heard a lot of testimonials as of yet.
It is a cool concept that is not cheap and I have heard it is tough to bond pockets to but that is a while back.
Till then I will be sporting my Tech dry.

Jack I have a BARE 2MM Compressed Neoprene Dry Suit. Excellent quality and have hear the same about the TRILAMS. I had a sizing issuue when i received mine. I experienced excellent customer service resolving the issue also. Dont think you can wrong with BARE.

By the way I agree with JCGoodwin. Stay away from the zipper pockets. I have the Velcro closure on the thigh pockets and they work great. As far as maintainenance, just use Steve Gamble.
