Default Kudos To Diverite - Again!

I recently sent my 4 year old Slimline 10 Watt HID back to Diverite for service. One of the latches had broken and I wanted it repaired and pressure tested professionally, as opposed to my normal method of ordering parts and doing it myself. The logic here is that my primary light deserves the best maintenance I can get for it.

Here's what I got back from Diverite (in a timely manner, I might add): A fully rebuilt light with new Power Cord, Sealing Gland, Toggle Switch, Light Boot, Connector, O-Rings, and 2 new latches. Assembled and pressure tested. My total cost: $0.00! I don't know if the light needed all of this or not. I would have gladly paid for any repairs required, but was shocked when I saw that it was done on Lamar's dime!

It's been said here before, but bears repeating: Diverite is a stand up company and they have ALWAYS taken great care of me before, during, and after the sale.

Thanks ya'll, I really appreciate the extra mile you went!

I had a really good experience with mine as well. My bulb went bad. I ordered a bulb and attempted to install it myself. The new bulb lit for 5 seconds and then extinguished.

I finally got smart and sent it to DiveRite. Not only did they replace the bulb but also the o-rings and an connector. All at a price much cheaper than I paid for a defective bulb. The really cool thing I liked was the delivery. They hand delivered it to Ginnie Springs and did not change me shipping. I was impressed.

    Thanks DiveRite

It's textbook marketing, but that kind of service really does bring the customers back, over and over again. Maybe there was something to all that stuff I took in college!

I've been using Dive Rite products for over fourteen years. Is it any wonder I recently bought my sixth Dive Rite light?

I had always liked dive rite products as well and pretty much dove exclusively with their products over the past 8 years. After buying 4 primary hid lights from them, i took a pretty good bath on the 24 watt hid light. i had 1,500.00 in it and after it flooded twice (1.5 year old light) due to a faulty latch design, dive rite allowed me 300.00 trade in on another light. i accepted the deal but did not feel like it was the right thing for dive rite to do. next time i am in the market for a light i will have to shop around..........

I started my cave life with Lamar as my basic instructopr back in the day and already posted how the Company took my old 50 watt light in for a new 700 led, as I own my own company and years ago when it was just two of us things where easier now that we are bigger somethings go not so smooth.I bet if your having trouble drop Lamar a email and he will get it squared away. My new light ships tomorrow cannot wait to try it out.

The Mark 17 is the highest-flow diaphragm first stage made. If I were diving in cold water that's what I'd use.

But I don't, so I stick with pistons.

(This is a secret, but Dive Rite doesn't make their own regs.)
