Default 546 acres added to the Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area.

Just spoke to the head of the FWC for South East Florida, and was informed that FDOT just purchased 546 acres of mitigation land to be added to the Chaz. This land does have springs on it. It will fall under the same control and standards as Eagles Nest as far as access. In addition, we expect the new rulings soon as far as the new codes for accessing Eagles Nest. The time frame on the new parcels to be fulling incorporated is about six months.

That's awesome. Is it the same type of access as EN in terms of roads to the site, or is it really more of a four wheel drive type of trail?

Has anybody dove the system before? How deep is it?

If James Draker hasn't posted a picture with a great quote it must still be a virgin cave.
