    I was in a major silt out and stuck in a line trap and all of a sudden the line went limp...

    I had that happen too. Had to go to the doctor to get a prescription because my nose would not quit bleeding, and when/if it clotted, I couldn't breathe because of the clot (like a huge bugger).

    i forced a cavern dive at ginnie once. my forehead hurt every ten feet or so. i'd have to wait before going deeper until the pain went away.
    surfaced with a mask full of blood. my sinuses bled for more than a month...

    Bad communications lead a three man team to loose one. He took a different route out of the cave.

    It wasn't funny at the time.

    It was worse than any of my light failures, worse than burst disc and regulator failures in the cave.
