    Default Poll on training length

The recent thread in the sidemount forum sparked my interest in this seemingly "overused" type of training. So, I posted a poll to see how many CDF Cave certified divers were trained in the time periods listed. Please assist me in my personal venture into this currently unknown information.

The poll is posted as "private", meaning no one will know which option you choose, so be as honest as possible and know that you cannot be ridiculed for your selection.

    Thanks.

It might be interesting to have some data points beyond 6 mo as well. To me, 6 mo seems pretty short compared to the track I'm on which is going to be close to 2 yrs and probably 80+ cave dives at basic level and above before I get done.

I agree. Tracy & I were cavern certified in April 2003, intro in April 2005, and full in October 2006- 42 months from cavern to full cave. Slow learners!

I took 11 months and 27 days. It was fast track for Steve Forman. I'm just thankful I didn't have to do much math.
