Okay, I dug through a closet and came up with this. I don't know whether to be more ashamed of my OCD, or the fact that I still have my original open water primary light and backup light bought in 1986. Always the packrat...
Anyway, since I work at two dive shops I know I should be pushing the Pelicans and Otters, but when I was a new diver I went to the sporting goods section of a department store and bought this gun case for about ten bucks. It served me well for over fifteen years of Caribbean trips.

Academy sports and outdoors sells them.. To protect the sensor, don't you have a threaded cap for it? My OMS does.

Sludge I saw a similar one at Academy today... For $26. For an extra $13 I decided to go with the Pelican. The Pelican is light years ahead of the gun case one they had.
