New policy about diving at state parks and closure time

Such wonderful news! It will be great to have a bit longer in the summer. I would hate to abuse the arrangement by tarrying in the water and having this arrangement yanked. Thank you to everyone who made this happen!

Maybe it would be useful for us cave divers to put a sign up at the entrance with an "estimated sunset time" and the rule (1hr before sunset) to remind people and keep them "honest".

Lest we get overzealous too quickly about longer days/dives at Peacock...does this policy go into effect immediately, or on a specific date in the future?
