I promise that when this survey is done(6 days) I will do a new survey with all the cave diving associations.

I would suspect there are more GUE members than you actually think.

I am a member of the the Explorers Club, NSS, SCCi (sustaining), Cave Alliance and the ADM Foundation (none are specific to cave diving but caves, karst and exploration).

Please do not vote by replying to the thread use the buttons at the top of the thread. That way you can see the results, and your vote will count. Some of the mobile browsers/platforms are not compatible with the Poll buttons, please use your desktop/laptop to vote.

Once again, those are training certifications, not a cave diving organization you are a member of. Like saying I'm a member of the US Coast Guard because that's what is on my captain's license.

I disagree. GUE is based on three pillars. Education is just one of them. The others are conservation and exploration.

I'm not sure you were referring to me. If you were, then you need to recognize the difference between getting a GUE certification and paying an annual fee for GUE membership. GUE does have members. But not everyone that has a GUE certification is a member. Just like you can get certified through NACD or NSS-CDS and not be a member. The poll is about membership (ongoing support), not certification.

Once again do not vote by replying to the thread, use the the ballot/buttons at the top of the thread. Replies to thread don't count in the final tally, in addition you will not be able to see the results. If you are on a mobile platform that is not compatible with the ballot please use your desktop, laptop or or other compatible platform. Finally the poll is about voluntary paid membership, not the certifying agency you are certified through. For example you could be certified through the NACD(have a NACD cave card) but not a member of the NACD. You could be a member of NACD but certified through someone else. If you dont pay annual dues, or are not a Lifetime sustaining member then you are not a member.
