    Default DPV Exit

Any suggestions on techniques for positioning/stowing a DPV high flow system? To add to the scenario - pulling a deco plus deco.

    Thanks

I attach a double ender on a loop run through the tow rope attachment point on my Silents. When exiting a high flow system, flip it around like a stage bottle so the nose is pointing backwards, but on the right side since deco bottles are on the left. That way the shroud is sitting behind your shoulder/elbow and can be controlled (held back) with your right elbow while pulling a reel. Some pics can be found here.... http://divecaves.com/?cat=8
    Hope this helps....

I looked at the pictures. I think I have grasped the idea but I went a slightly diiferent route but have accomplished the concept.

    I will posts pics later.

    Thanks Rich.

Rich, that rigging would have been nice to have at New Year's. As I was getting into the water somebody (who shall remain nameless) asked me to pull his reel for him. Going through the Ear with a scooter and pulling an unfamiliar reel was a pain.

    Nice idea. Thanks for sharing.

Rebreathers are something that we have to go to in order to dive the way we want to dive. They are not something we go to for any other reason.

It is a little hard to pull a reel at that speed
