+1, I'm very happy to see that the workshop has moved to Marianna again. IMO this is the best place for it in the state. Thank you to all involved in this decision.

The local organizations (TDC and Jackson County Parks and Recreation) are really supportive of having the workshop in Marianna again. They have gone out of their way to help organize this event.

I do see there is a theme change which disappoints me. I had planned to come under the previous theme.

I apologize for that, but things happen. I was asked to take over organizing the workshop in November and had already lost 5 months of planning time. It would have been impossible for me to organize it around a theme like that with so little time. I chose a theme I am familiar with and one I thought would be of interest to cave divers. This workshop is also dedicated to the memory of Wes Skiles and Exploration & Conservation are more in line with what Wes did in his life than Mexico was.
