I wear a sports bra under my drysuit....flattens everything out and plasters them down. If you don't already, give that a try. And yes, the chest strap is a PITA....goes right across my drysuit inflator.

You weren't fitted correctly, then. The chest strap should run under the drysuit inflator. You might want to adjust the shoulder straps to reposition it. Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the out of the box chest strap because it would loosen and lengthen so I replaced it with a static strap.

I run my chest strap above the inflator. I think it depends on your shoulders and chest size as well as the harness. I made my harness and the strap did not work for me below the inflator - it pulled the sides of the shoulder straps in and made the tops flare out. Having the chest strap closer to the bungee attachment d-rings solved that problem nicely. Also the strap buckles and the female buckle is a pull the end to tighten and raise up the plastic part to loosen. It holds fine with no slippage.

Out of place here. But who is the Training Director of the NSS-CDS?

Do you have a phone number?

    Thanks

It was a lot of fun. We cooked about 70 hamburgers, and 65 hot dogs. Almost a gallon of potato salad was eaten and a dozen big fat tomatoes, a quart of pickles, 2 pints of relish, almost a quart of sauer kraut and about 90 cans of soft drinks/water. About 3 dozen cookies were gobbled down along with 4 big bags of potato chips. It took about 75 pounds of ice to keep everything cool.

65 people attended and the NFSA gained about 15 new members. You too can join - Follow http://www.northfloridaspringsalliance.org/ for membership information and join easily using your PayPal account.

We showed up with 54 NFSA Madison map tee shirts and came home with less than a dozen.

We had several folks from Norway, Virginia, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Montana, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

Big THANKS to Lamar Hires & Bill Rennaker for conducting the sidemount clinic and Amigos Dive Center, Cave Excursions and others for donating lots of nice door prizes.
