    Yeh, but did you notice business, (golf courses) were not included. If memory serves me, they are a major source of contaminents.

    The last line of the article reads "Exemptions for Golf courses built near the zone was dropped from consideration.". doesn't this mean that the golf courses did not get the exemptions?

    Sounds like they made a good step towards protecting the aquifers.
