Hi,
I am replacing the batteries in my Tekna for the first time. While I had it apart I figured I might as well completely disassemble it and replace the o-rings. Upon disassembly I noticed that the relay curcuit board has a blown resistor. The resistor is the only component on the board, other than the relay itself. I rough assmbled the scooter to check its operation and it does in fact run with the blown resistor. Does this resistor only have to do with the operation of the light. The light has been disconnected the entire time I have had the scooter. For all I know the resistor has been blown the entire time also. Would it be detrimental to operate the scooter without replacing the resistor? Thanks for your assistance, Michael Howard
