Met a few others there at the parking lot to go and see what we got in there. Well water temp was 57* in the cave and about the same in the lake. Flow getting in was up from what it had been but still down from what I remember it to be when the water is like it is. I guess it is due to the drought we have had up in this area also. Vis was about 10 feet or so give or take a few fet depending on how y ourlight was shinning.
Got to see Deepairmike and get my rebreather ordered from him. I am glad he has it set the way he wants it. For now until a upgrade is ready a few years down the line.
Even got to see a few others I had not seen for about ayear or so. The weather started off nice and cool, then warmred up. After we got out and brining gear up the hill it started to cool off again but this time we, well I got a group of Boy Scouts to carry my tanks up the hill for me. I guess that they did not want to go back down and help the others. They were staying in a Scout Camp not far from the parking lot. We all took our turns talking to them about the cave and about diving and cave diving.
Deepairmike had one of his LEDs and it was looking good in the water. I just think he had to powerfull of one for this dive and with the particulets in the water I noticed how it was to bright and some backscatter.
During the dive I took my newbackup LED that I got from Edd (cave adventuresrs) and playes with it comaired to my primary and an older back up I have been using. I could see a big differance and with what it gave me, I liked it.
The whole day was a good day to just have a nice easy dive. 101 foot max with 50 minu dive time.
