Does anyone have a pdf repair manual for a Mako scooter?
I have the regular one but need to know how to disassemble the motor/clutch section.
A pdf, link, or a PM describing the procedure would be greatly appreciated.

To remove motor,

1 Remove battery
2 Remove screws that attach mid section to motor section
3 Lift off mid section, remove 2 motor wires and 2 switch wires while noting locations
4 Remove screw in adjusting cap and remove cap, watch for detent ball and spring, ball will attempt to escape
5 Remove 3 screws holding propeller hub and remove prop blades and outer hub, the plastic shaft in the center will come with it
6 Remove screw holding clutch washers and remove washers. Note orientation of washers! Take off inner hub and plate behind it
7 Remove drive pin from shaft, pull off washer and spring, then carefully pry off seal assembly
8 Stand scooter on shroud and apply pressure to motor downward, will pop right out, o-rings and silicone are holding it in

That stay at the Holiday Inn Express did wonders last night!
