    Default Optimal battery weight Mako

    Does anyone remember the correct 18Ah weight for the Mako to make it slightly aft negative in fresh water? I know that there is a wide variation between 18Ah batteries, and I need a new set for my cranky old mako, and dont have an accurate scale here.

    Powersonic 18ahs are the battery to get. PS-12180
