Default Irish Cave diver needs some help on sidemount

I am just wondering if anyone was ideas on sidemounting. I just bought a transpac and plan on using it in ireland to do some caves. Problem is the caves are tight and murky. Has anyone an idea on how to keep the tanks really close to my body and not move around. Can you buy a set up and from who to modify the transpac or can you build your own system.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

You may want to ask on the CDG website - there are plenty of cave divers that either live in Ireland or visit it from Britain fairly regularly.

Alternatively PM/email me and I'll try to put you in contact directly.

Have you checked out the Nomad from Dive Rite? It is based on the TransPac so you already have half of it.

I recently built a transpac and dual rec wing sidemount harness, and its pretty nice. What ive heard about the UK sidemounters though is that you guys really only use the harness (a simple one at that too) and use your drysuit for buoyancy because you do alot of sump diving and that the caves are extremely small. Ive seen alot of pics of harnesses with no wings on them at all. I agree with Duncan though, talk to someone from the CDG about it.
