Forty Fathoms closed for renovations

Got word today that Forty Fathoms is going to be closed for a month while the Jacksonville company that leased the place from Hal Watts, does some major renovations on the place. To the best of my knowledge it will open up with the same guide system as before.

I heard the same thing and that the lease is for 10 years.

Effective 1-01-07 we have leased The Grotto to Commercial Diving Acadamy of Jacksonville, FL. The Grotto will be closed until 2-11-07 for landscaping and other repairs.
