This is a great light in prefect shape! It has less than 10 dives on it. Never been flooded, charge properly maintained and very well cared for. AK--there is absolutely nothing wrong with the light, it works like a champ. I have decided to use the $$$ for another investment. I think the price is fair. I want to sell it and it is only slightly less than I paied for it a few months ago.

FW--haha...no Im not quiting. there are only about 10,000 caves I have to dive out there--(just in TAG alone : )--and besides, no one likes a quitter. pm sent.

First, please don't blame the forum. We only have this as a service to members. We have no control over who members sell to.

Second, don't jump to conclusions that you were first, or even that he sold it to someone on the forum. He may have sold it to a friend.

OK well...

First of all, I just pulled all of our e-mails and PMs to see what you are referring to. For the record (since this has become a public matter which is very disappointing in and upon its self), I never agreed to sell it to you. My asking you on 10-20-06 if you were still interested in purchasing the light in no way constitutes a negotiated or even an implied sale.

Second, you were not the first to inquire about the light, you were the third, I sold it to the person that was the first btw.

Mike, I highly recommend that you get your facts straight and refrain from making un-informed and just plain incorrect conclusions about the nature of a transaction and about my honesty and morality as referenced in your e-mail of 10-24-06.

I apologize that I have to post this but I do feel a little backed into a corner. It is very disappointing to have dirty laundry hung out to dry on a fine forum such as this. I will not entertain any more discussion about this matter.
