Found - a bunch of weights at PCB jetties

I was at the St. Andrews jetties yesterday and someone left a weight bag full of soft weights. There was a guy there with NSS-CDS and IANTD stickers on his truck. He said he was an instructor at DBI Scuba in Albany, and had been a captain for Blackbeard's.

I believe he was the one who left the weights. I tried to call DBI, but the number I got off the internet is no good.

His initials may be JHS. Does anybody know who he may be, and how I can get in touch with him? These weights ain't cheap.

I believe that DBI closed not too long ago. There is another dive shop in Albany called Adventure Dive Center, phone # 229-888-3483. They may be able to help you with the owner.
