    Default British Sumpdiver accident

Mike Wooding, a member of the Cave Diving Group of Great Britten died while caving this weekend. this is a link to a newspaper article:

There is more information and tributes on the CDG website at: http://www.cavedivinggroup.org.uk/cg...ml?Thread=1652

This was posted by Duncan on the sumpdivers forum. "I knew Mike Wooding only by reputation rather than in person. He pushed many of the caves that I have been interested in and I suppose was one of my "heroes" of the sport. Others can give a better eulogy than me. Suffice to say that we have suffered a great loss."

I haven't heard anything about the cause of death, but if I do, I will post it.

An autopsy shows Mike died of "natural causes". He was apparently on the way to a sump. He had been caving since the 60s, so age may have been a factor.
