I found and removed a black bungee to retain reg hoses around the tank. It was just past the scraper in the high flow area with clay floor. Past that at the first T behind the large rock there was a spool sitting on the cave floor. I left it where it was. Neither were there 2 days ago. I can remove the spool and get it to its owner, let me know if it's yours. Otherwise I'll either remove it or at least clip it to the line.
