WTB: Pair of back-up lights in working condition -- Light Monkey Rat preferred (or Rat Jr., or Halcyon Scout, or Halcyon Scout Jr. I would prefer the LED version too, but beggars can't be choosers...

The reason is I am planning to mount my 2 Light Monkey Rat on my helmet, and I will need a replacement for my harness.

I have 2 Heser backup lights (which will take 3C cells each). But looking at your location, shipping from The Netherlands to Florida might burn a hole in your wallet

These will drown out ANY scout or Rat in a cave.
