Looks like I cannot locate charger to inner wiring piece. It is possible I never had it, as I did not charge that way. Thus, memory escapes on this. Yet logic dictates that there should be some extra piece.

Tested the charger. It turns on, red lamp on lights up, fan running. No output voltage but it is possible as it needs to read certain resistance to get to the charging stage.
