Sorry about the hacking yesterday....

Sorry about the hacking yesterday. It was done about 30 minutes after a backup occurred... so nothing lost.. but I was out of the office, underwater, and the other 'staff' (nephew), with me on the cellphone, was unable to restore it... So the site wasn't put back online until 3 pm or so... Because.... after diving I stopped for super hot Chinese lunch, then there was that Starbucks on the way back... love those triple grande lattes.... Once in front of the servers, it took me nearly 2 whole minutes to restore the database that the hacker corrupted. Nephew instructed on the 'how to'... for the next time...

From some of the comments I've received by PM and email, I think the world got more work done yesterday than usual. So maybe it was a good thing. Should we thank the hackers?

If you ran MS inside of SUSE, the way that my net is setup, your site wouldn't have been hacked in the first place-! You would need to partition your hd though, & that may be done with the Linux ops.
