And we happen to have a Nikon D2X that we'd be willing to sell if anyone needs one for this housing.

I feel like I know a lot about dive equipment but nothing about photo equipment. What would a setup like this be worth (used)? Is it tough to sell photo equipment since the technology is constantly changing? You don't see bundles like this come up very often.

disclaimer** not in the market for a camera**

New the housing with the options was 4800, the stobes I paid more than what they are selling new for which on eBay right now is 700 each, and I paid 5000 for just my D2X without lenses that should give you an idea of what was invested to put the package together. Depending on what you wanted to buy what kind of deal I could make for you

don't forget... i'm not shopping for a camera... too rich for my wallet. I'm very impressed by divers, especially cave divers, that can capture magnficient images in the darkness. I figured it always came with a hefty price tag.

    maybe someday...

You should be able to look at the pictures and see the dome port that is on it

Look online and see what used, older digital cameras are selling for. Often pennies on the dollar from when they were new.
We're planning on selling the D2x and other older cameras back to B and H photo cheaply if no one is interested. That has to be better than having them just sit around the house gathering dust.
